Over the last 30 years, there have been similar stories of a skinny (and very creepy) ‘Punker’ who only shows up when people seem to be in trouble. He comes to the people in trouble first, and asks if they need help. He then goes to others and tells them where they may find the person in need. More times than not it takes the people a while to believe this fellow, due to just how odd and creepy he comes across! The descriptions are all very similar, and are believed to refer to a young man who died in the same area, of hypothermia in the early 70’s.
